I just moved here from LA to these apartments, and I am so happy with them! The landscaping is gorgeous - it really is like a park. The staff is friendly and professional, and made the move-in very easy. My apartment is huge (1206 square feet) with a full-sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room. I even have a wood-burning fireplace!

Two of the great things about Sonoran Terraces are the management staff and the maintenance team. This maintenance group is hard to beat. Recently I had a water heater replaced. The assistant manager came to my unit within minutes of my call to get a visual on the problem I described. Shortly after that Carlos came in and started the work and Chad (maintenance) joined him. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. All the team members are

I have always been impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds to any issue I may have. Fortunately, these have been relatively minimal over the years, but the service I have received has always been prompt, courteous, and effective.
